Franklin is a small yarn frog with mismatched eyes, a speckled coat, and a rose quartz heart tucked inside his chest. While the other frogs leap and twirl, Franklin wonders if anyone will ever want a frog like him. But a kind creator sees him for who he truly is—and so does someone very special on the other side of the world.
Inspired by the handmade frogs of UK-based fiber artist T. Chennell, and brought to life through collaborative storytelling and digital design by NJ Simat, this debut picture book blends traditional craft with visual storytelling. Each scene pairs real textile photography with dreamy, digitally rendered backdrops—creating a soft, immersive reading experience.
